This Return Policy explains the conditions under which customers may request a product return and how the Company handles such requests.

1. General Rule

  • All products that the Company manufactures or supplies qualify as industrial and professional-use equipment.
  • For this reason, the Company does not accept returns or refunds for custom-made, project-based, or made-to-order products.

2. Standard Stock Products

However, for standard stock products, the Company may accept a return only if the customer meets all of the following conditions:

  • The product remains unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • The product remains in its original packaging.
  • The customer submits the return request in writing within 3 days of delivery.

In addition, the Company reviews every return request and approves it only after completing its inspection.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For the sake of clarity, the Company does not accept returns or refunds for the following items:

  • Custom-made or specially modified products.
  • Products that the Company manufactures according to the customer’s technical specifications.
  • Products that show signs of use, installation, or damage.
  • Products that customers send back without prior written approval.

4. Return Procedure

  • First, the customer must send a written return request and clearly state the reason for the return.
  • Then, if the Company approves the request, it will provide detailed return instructions.
  • Unless a proven manufacturing defect exists, the customer must cover all return shipping, insurance, customs, and handling costs.
  • Moreover, the customer must pack and protect all returned goods properly before shipment.

5. Inspection & Refund

  • After the Company receives the returned product, it inspects it.
  • If the Company approves the return, it may, at its sole discretion:
    • Repair the product, or
    • Replace the product, or
    • Issue a partial or full refund.
  • However, if the Company finds any damage, missing parts, or signs of use, it may reject the return or deduct these losses from the refund amount.

6. Manufacturing Defects

  • If the Company confirms a manufacturing defect, it will repair or replace the defective part or product in accordance with the warranty conditions.
  • Nevertheless, the Company does not cover installation, dismantling, or site-related costs.

7. Important Note

  • The Company does not accept any returns without prior written approval.
  • Accordingly, if a customer sends a product back without approval, this action does not create any obligation for the Company to accept it.
