1. Where are your products manufactured?
All our products are manufactured in Türkiye at our production facility in Konya. We carefully follow strict quality control procedures and, whenever possible, use local materials.
2. Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes. We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects for all our products. However, damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or overloading is not covered.
3. Do you offer custom manufacturing or project-based designs?
Yes, we design and manufacture products according to your project’s specific requirements. For this reason, we can produce machines with custom dimensions, capacities, or technical features. However, because these products are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations or returns for custom-made items.
4. How does the ordering process work?
First, you select the product or model you wish to purchase. Then, we issue a formal quotation and a proforma invoice for your approval. Once you sign the quotation and we receive the payment in our company’s bank account, we immediately start the production or shipment process.
Production time depends on the product type; however, it usually takes between 5 and 25 business days.
5. How can I make the payment?
You can make the payment via bank transfer to the bank account listed on the proforma invoice. After we receive the full payment, we proceed with production or shipment.
6. How do delivery and shipping processes work?
We ship all products insured through our contracted logistics or freight partners. Therefore, when the goods arrive, you should check them carefully. If you notice any damage or missing items, you must prepare a damage report at the time of delivery.
7. Can I return or exchange a product?
We evaluate return and exchange requests only with our approval and under specific conditions. To qualify, the product must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made, installed, or used products.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we export our products to many countries, especially in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. Before we confirm your order, we clearly define the delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) and freight options together with you.
9. How can I get spare parts or technical support?

10. Are your prices fixed?
We set our prices based on raw material costs, exchange rates, and production expenses. Therefore, we reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
